At the centre of TTS Italia’s 2024 conference is the manifesto on “Technological solutions for the safety of mobility services”, the result of the working group set up specifically in these first months of the year and illustrated by the secretary general Landolfi.
The paper presents figures, statistics and proposals on transport safety, with particular emphasis on ecological transition, infrastructure security and data digitisation.

During the day, the two working sessions and the Round Table discussed and commented on the TTS Italia Manifesto, which received wide support. The debate focused on data use, state of infrastructure and vehicle fleet, use of speed cameras and reform of the Road Code.
The round table on “Safety of mobility services as a key factor for the country’s economic and social progress” will conclude the proceedings.
Lorenzo Basso, Vice President of the VIII Standing Committee of the Senate, updated participants on the “Survey on technologies for infrastructure” that he promoted and to which TTS Italia has contributed.
