Training, assistance and support
Famas System offers its customers training courses at various levels, both for its products and the related environmental monitoring systems. These courses are usually held at our premises, but on request we can also organise them at the customer’s premises.
As for service and support, we have a specialized department well equipped to manage both remote interventions and directly at the customer. Our technicians have all the necessary computer equipment, a complete electronic laboratory and adequate intervention means.
Maintenance and management of installations
Famas System has highly qualified technicians and state-of-the-art intervention means, guaranteeing customers preventive and corrective maintenance services on all plants they have built to guarantee their efficiency over time. These services are customized to the specific needs of the customer and the plant.
Using the most modern information and telecommunications technologies available, Famas System also offers complete management of the installations built for traffic management and environmental monitoring. This allows clients to focus on benefits and results rather than operational details.
Device rental
Famas System provides its customers with a mobile traffic detector rental service to conduct monitoring campaigns.
These battery-powered detectors can be installed along the road and have a two week operating range for continuous monitoring.
System design
Famas System has an in-house technical facility that can design advanced systems for traffic monitoring and management, weather monitoring, ice early warning systems and complex environmental monitoring. For interested customers, Famas System is able to provide “ready-to-use” plants, managing the entire process from design to implementation.
