The 2026 edition of Intertraffic Amsterdam has come to a close, confirming its position as a leading international reference point for mobility and infrastructure.
For Famas System, the event represented an important opportunity for dialogue with operators, technology partners, and stakeholders from around the world.

Four days of meetings and dialogue on industry developments and the most innovative solutions for infrastructure monitoring and mobility data management. The strong teamwork of our staff, together with the collaboration with partners AlmavivA Group, Moova, and Iteris, shaped our participation in this global event, reflecting a shared vision in the development of technologies for increasingly integrated, data-driven mobility.

Solutions for Monitoring Road and Environmental Conditions
At the event, we showcased some of our solutions dedicated to monitoring road infrastructure and managing mobility data intelligently. Among these are the RWIS – Road Weather Information Systems, designed to monitor meteorological and road surface conditions and support the operational management of infrastructure. These solutions integrate environmental and surface sensors with data collection and analysis platforms based on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data analytics, providing reliable, real-time information.

The SMI – Smart Mobility Intelligence Platform
Among the solutions presented was SMI – Smart Mobility Intelligence, the digital platform developed to integrate data from sensors, traffic systems, and intelligent infrastructure. Using advanced data analysis techniques and Artificial Intelligence algorithms, SMI transforms this information into decision-support tools for managing authorities and administrations, helping to improve the management of mobility services and infrastructure, even in low-demand areas.
